About the role
In the role of Studio Manager, Mexico, you will directly lead and mentor the Mexico studio team throughout the creation of multi-channel content with a heavy focus on digital, (static and html), print & packaging and video. You will work alongside the content studios in other regions alongside the Global Studio Manager (UK).
Your responsibilities include managing and supervising projects in the Mexico content studios, ensuring that each studio member is equipped and organized to meet the production goals and project deadlines. You will collaborate with production project managers, operations managers, Head of Art Direction (Mexico) and other stakeholders to plan and execute production in the most efficient way possible for ICP and the clients. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end studio content creation process, ensuring adherence to briefs, quality standards, and timelines.

As the Studio Manager, you will lead project delivery across all channels, ensuring ICP and client creative vision is achieved with excellence. You will oversee the studio operations alongside the global operations team, ensuring our workflows and technology are of the highest standards for efficiency and are meeting the expectations of the internal project management team, leadership & clients. You will work alongside the Global Studio Manager & Head of Art Direction solving client challenges and will manage the Mexico studio designers.

Studio Management
Foster a collaborative and innovative creative environment, guiding the design team in all areas of content production.
Manage the Studio Traffic Manager to ensure all global production requests are managed effectively and efficiently.
Lead day-to-day team operations, including ensuring uniformity in work processes among studio members, facilitating seamless project handoffs, timely delivery of projects and global collaboration.
Ensure standardized processes and best practices are adhered to, helping optimize content creation workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
Lead crisis management and resolution efforts, addressing challenges and mitigating risks to minimize disruptions to content production and delivery.
Efficiently managing studio resources, ensuring adequate coverage, and assigning tasks to optimize productivity and growth.
Team management – regular one on one meetings, setting KPI’s, managing holiday requests and absence.
First line of escalation for the Mexico studio.
Main point of contact for the Global Studio Manager.
Technology:
Help spearhead the studio adoption of innovative tech solutions in production.
Keep up to date with the latest technology trends in automation and ai to best serve the global studios.
Collaborate with the operations team to streamline processes and maximize efficiencies through our current technology infrastructure.
Alongside operations and IT leaders, to help manage the updates of hardware and ordering of new equipment as required.
Operations:
Conduct thorough quality checks on creative assets to ensure they meet established standards and client expectations.
Identify and address any discrepancies, inconsistencies, or issues within the creative deliverables with the design team.
Ensure operational excellence within the Mexico Studio.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay informed about industry trends, production technology, and best practices.
Provide support to the creative team to enhance their skills and capabilities.
Working with the Global Operations Manager, Implement process improvements to optimize the efficiency of the Mexico Studio.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and assessments to identify areas for improvement and address skill gaps within the team.
