About the Role


We are looking for a talented GDSN Content Steward to join our team, focusing on Global Data Synchronization Network and Product Information Management services. This role is a vital function in our day-to-day PIM operations, where you will play a key role in setting up GDSN, enriching and quality assuring content across brands. 

 

“Big Picture” Responsibilities

Ensure ICP operates on a solid foundation by building strong client relationships and supporting their objectives.

Passionately manage and support our client’s maturity in the PIM GDSN space.

Build a strong understanding of clients’ business issues and brands.

Build rapport and trust with others and all levels within ICP.

Collaborate with team members to generate new ideas and evolve and enhance existing processes.

Work with team members to problem solve and consult with the account leadership as required.

Ensure GDSN operations meet and exceed client expectations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

                    Ensure best practices are followed for data management.

                    Support day-to-day GDSN operations.

                    Attend team/workstream meetings and address queries.

                    Demonstrate a culture of expertise and operational excellence.

                    Proactively identify and address pain points.

                    Attend meetings with primary stakeholders.

                    Ensure integration between PIM Production and GDSN.

                    Support training sessions for users.

                    Execute test plans.

                    Troubleshoot and fix issues.

What You’ll Have

                    Ability to interact with clients at different levels.

                    Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills; a confident leader of meetings and calls.

                    Rigorous attention to detail.

                    Excellent Microsoft Office (especially Excel) skills and technical understanding.

                    Ability to multi-task and prioritize.

                    Affinity to learn and understand complex systems.

                    Able to work both independently and as part of a team.

                    2+ years industry experience in product data management, content management, librarian sciences or archives preferred.

                    2+ years’ experience using a PIM, digital library, DAM, or CRM preferred.
