About the Role 

The Sitecore Content Hub Lead will be a key member of ICP's Technology and Innovations Services (TIS) team, responsible for leading all Sitecore Content Hub implementations from initial RFP response through to solution design, delivery and ongoing support. This role requires deep Sitecore Content Hub expertise, strong project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and clients. The Sitecore Content Hub Lead will ensure that Sitecore Content Hub solutions are aligned with business objectives, technically sound and delivered on time and within budget, fully leveraging the capabilities of Sitecore Content Hub. 


Key Responsibilities: 

Solution Leadership 

  • Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for Sitecore Content Hub within ICP. 
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest Sitecore Content Hub features, functionalities, and best practices. 
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Sitecore Content Hub's capabilities and how they can be applied to solve client's content management and digital asset management challenges. 

Pre-Sales and Solution Design 

  • Lead the functional and technical aspects of Sitecore Content Hub-related RFP responses, working closely with sales and solutions teams. 
  • Conduct client consultations to understand their content management and digital asset management needs and translate them into detailed Sitecore Content Hub solution designs. 
  • Design Sitecore Content Hub integrations with other systems (e.g., CMS, PIM, Marketing Automation platforms, Creative tools). 
  • Develop and document Sitecore Content Hub solutions, including data models, taxonomy, metadata schemas, search configurations, workflows and user permissions. 

Implementation and Delivery 

  • Lead Sitecore Content Hub implementations, coordinating with project leads, managing project timelines, resources and budgets. 
  • Configure and customize Sitecore Content Hub to meet specific client requirements, including user roles, security settings, and branding. 
  • Develop and execute content migration strategies for Sitecore Content Hub implementations. 
  • Develop Sitecore Content Hub workflows for content creation, approval, distribution, and archival. 
  • Provide training and support to clients on Sitecore Content Hub usage. 
  • Ensure the quality and stability of Sitecore Content Hub solutions through rigorous testing and quality assurance processes. 

Ongoing Support and Optimization 

  • Provide ongoing support for Sitecore Content Hub implementations, resolving technical issues and addressing user inquiries. 
  • Monitor Sitecore Content Hub performance and identify opportunities for optimization, including asset processing, search performance, and API utilization. 
  • Implement client Sitecore Content Hub upgrades and patches. 
  • Develop and maintain Sitecore Content Hub documentation. 

Strategic Alignment and Governance 

  • Align Sitecore Content Hub solutions with ICP's overall technology strategy and business objectives. 
  • Establish and maintain Sitecore Content Hub governance standards and best practices, including metadata standards, naming conventions, workflow processes, and security protocols. 
  • Work with IT leadership to ensure the security and compliance of Sitecore Content Hub implementations. 

People Leadership and Team Development 

  • Potentially lead a small team of Sitecore Content Hub specialists, depending on the size and scope of engagements. 
  • Mentor and train other ICP team members on Sitecore Content Hub concepts and best practices. 

Financial Accountability 

  • Manage the budget for Sitecore Content Hub implementations. 
  • Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of Sitecore Content Hub implementations. 

Collaboration 

  • Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., Strategy & Consulting, MCS, Solutions Group, Client Partner Group) to ensure the success of Sitecore Content Hub implementations. 
  • Work closely with Sitecore vendor representatives to stay informed about product updates and best practices for Sitecore Content Hub. 

What You'll Have: 

Education & Experience 

  • Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Library Science, Marketing). 
  • 5+ years of experience implementing and supporting enterprise content management and/or digital asset management solutions. 
  • 3+ years of experience implementing and supporting Sitecore Content Hub solutions. 
  • Experience leading Sitecore Content Hub implementations from initial RFP response through to go-live and ongoing support. 

Technical Expertise 

  • Deep knowledge of Sitecore Content Hub's features, functionalities, and architecture (CMP, DAM, MRM, PCM). 
  • Experience configuring and customizing Sitecore Content Hub to meet specific business requirements. 
  • Experience with Sitecore Content Hub integrations with other systems (e.g., Sitecore XP/XM, Commerce, Marketing Automation platforms, Creative tools). 
  • Strong understanding of content management and digital asset management principles, including metadata, taxonomy, workflow, and user permissions. 
  • Knowledge of data migration strategies for Content Hub implementations. 
  • Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). 

Industry Knowledge 

  • Exposure to Content Operations, Creative Operations, Marketing Operations and Commerce Operations in enterprise environments a plus. 
  • Familiarity with other DAM, Work Management, PIM, PXM, Digital Commerce, Content Automation and related AI/ML solutions advantageous.
