Responsibilities
· Work with the wider team to shape their digital plans that really deliver success.
· Assist in the planning, execution and optimisation of digital media campaigns across platforms such as Amazon, Meta Ads, DV360 etc.
· Lead the activation of your campaigns with our agency partner; ensuring in-platform and Global best practices are followed.
· Take ownership of in-flight campaign management, ensuring ongoing and timely optimisation is delivered and constantly looking for opportunities to improve performance.
· Grow your knowledge of digital marketing platforms and champion being a subject matter expert.
· Support our data and Analytics team with performance and insights analysis.
Required Skills / Experience:
· Experience with paid social/programmatic media marketing and campaign management (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok, DV360, Amazon)
· Experience in digital roles working with other Account Executives / Account Managers / Programmatic Traders
· Strong analytical skills and a natural affinity for numbers is key. You must be able to analyse raw data, draw conclusions and develop actionable recommendations as needed
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, will be particularly important in building & developing stakeholder and supplier relationships
· Excellent organization skills to keep on top of volume of spend and campaigns
· Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookups, etc)
Desired (not essential):
· Agency experience
· Platform certification (DV360, Meta, Pinterest, etc)
· Project Management tools (Jira, Monday.com, etc)
