We’re hiring a Creative & Studio Operations Consultant to join our Strategy & Consulting Practice. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes creative production and understands how technology, process, and innovation intersect to deliver at scale.


You’ll work with global brands to streamline creative operations, optimise studio workflows, and embed technologies like automation and AI into content ecosystems. With a background in creative or production agencies, you’ll bring both strategic insight and hands-on expertise—making you a trusted advisor across clients and internal teams alike.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead consulting projects focused on Creative Operations, Content Production, and Studio Transformation—spanning both billable client work and internal initiatives
  • Optimise workflows by assessing current-state studio operations, identifying pain points, and designing scalable, tech-enabled solutions
  • Advise on tools and tech, including content automation platforms (e.g., Celtra, StoryTeq, CreateTotally, Pencil), workflow systems, AI integrations, and asset management platforms
  • Support strategic change across global marketing ecosystems—covering content planning, localisation, modular content, and omni-channel delivery
  • Collaborate with clients and teams to align stakeholders, translate complex challenges into actionable recommendations, and drive measurable improvements
  • Contribute to internal best practices, playbooks, and thought leadership, staying ahead of trends in MarTech, automation, and production innovation

What You’ll Bring

Hard Skills

  • Experience in creative production, content operations, or marketing transformation—ideally within a consulting or agency environment
  • Deep hands-on experience with content automation and AI tools such as Celtra, StoryTeq, CreateTotally, Pencil, and Automated Creative
  • Strong understanding of omni-channel production workflows, design systems, and media specifications across digital, social, and traditional platforms
  • Experience designing and managing automation workflows in studio environments
  • Familiarity with global content operations, localisation practices, and adapting workflows for different markets
  • Working knowledge of DAM, PIM, and related technologies within the content ecosystem

Soft Skills

  • A strategic, solutions-oriented mindset with a strong bias for action and practical problem-solving
  • Comfortable translating technical complexity into simple, scalable processes for global clients
  • Confident and influential communicator, able to engage senior stakeholders and build trusted relationships
  • Collaborative and adaptable—comfortable navigating fast-paced environments and cross-functional teams
  • Creative thinker with a structured approach to improving studio workflows and optimising creative output
