At ICP, we believe that people are our greatest asset. Our culture thrives on collaboration, inclusivity, and continuous growth, and we are committed to creating an environment where employees feel valued, empowered, and supported.

As Global Director, People Partners, you’ll play a critical leadership role in shaping our people strategy across our global offices (US, UK, India, Mexico, China). You’ll act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, ensuring our People & Culture initiatives are aligned with business objectives while fostering a workplace that champions diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEI&B).

This role requires someone who is both strategic and hands-on, balancing big-picture thinking with the ability to execute initiatives that make an immediate impact. You’ll also play a key role in developing our People Team and could be a potential successor to the Chief People Officer.

If you’re a passionate, people-first leader who thrives in a dynamic, high-growth environment, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership, providing expert HR guidance and insight on organizational design, talent development, and employee engagement.
  • Drive a strong DEI&B culture, embedding inclusivity and belonging into every aspect of our employee experience.
  • Act as a change agent, navigating organizational shifts and ensuring smooth transitions across teams and regions.
  • Regularly assess the health of our workplace culture, making data-driven recommendations to enhance employee experience and retention.

Talent Strategy & Workforce Planning

  • Partner with leadership to develop workforce planning strategies, ensuring ICP attracts, retains, and develops top talent.
  • Lead global compensation planning, performance management cycles, goal setting, and talent reviews.
  • Develop and implement initiatives that support career growth, succession planning, and leadership development.
  • Collaborate with Learning & Development teams to ensure ICP employees have access to world-class training and professional growth opportunities.

Employee Engagement & HR Operations

  • Oversee employee relations with a focus on proactive solutions, coaching, and conflict resolution.
  • Work closely with People Operations, Communications & Engagement teams to align people programs with ICP’s business needs.
  • Lead HR initiatives such as onboarding, employee recognition, and well-being programs, ensuring a positive employee experience at every stage of the employee lifecycle.
  • Establish clear HR metrics and reporting, using insights to drive continuous improvement and business impact.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Build, develop, and mentor a high-performing People Partnering and Talent Acquisition team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Champion ICP’s “people-first” approach, ensuring all People Team initiatives align with our core values: Curious, Focused, Creative, Trustworthy, and Inclusive.
  • Partner with senior leadership to create scalable HR frameworks and best practices that support our continued global expansion.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Experience in a senior HR or People Partnering role, with a track record of success in fast-paced, high-growth organizations.
  • Global leadership experience, with knowledge of HR practices in the US, UK, and ideally India, Mexico, or China.
  • A people-first mindset, with a deep passion for employee experience, engagement, and well-being.
  • Strong ability to influence and collaborate with executive leadership, building trust and alignment on key people initiatives.
  • Experience designing and implementing talent strategies, workforce planning, and leadership development programs.
  • Proven ability to navigate organizational change, acting as a strategic advisor during times of transformation.
  • Deep understanding of DEI&B best practices, with a track record of driving meaningful impact.
  • Data-driven approach, using analytics to inform decision-making and optimize HR strategies.
  • Exceptional leadership and team development skills, with experience building and managing high-performing HR teams.
