About the role
You will be part of our newly build Marketing Team and together with our Marketing Manager you get the opportunity to build out marketing capabilities. As our new Junior Digital Marketing Manager you will be leading our Digital Strategy & Planning, Social Media & Event Management, SEO/SEM and Analytics & Reporting and supporting all our channel Email & Content Marketing and website. Together with your colleagues you’ll be a critical driver of ICP’s brand strategy, responsible for elevating brand identity, enhancing our online presence, managing key events, and executing performance marketing campaigns. This individual will ensure our messaging resonates with target audiences while delivering measurable business impact.
How You Will Make an Impact:
Digital Strategy & Planning
Devise and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with annual marketing objectives.
Identify and prioritize channels, platforms, and tools to maximize online visibility and engagement.
Develop plan to leverage AI tools to enhance digital strategy.
Social Media Management
Manage and optimize social media profiles to enhance brand awareness and maximize engagement.
Develop and publish a rolling annual social media calendar.
Collaborate with creative studio and SMEs to implement social media campaigns that align with marketing goals
SEO/SEM
Work with external agency partner to leverage keyword research and analysis to enhance organic search visibility.
Manage and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to drive targeted traffic.
Analytics & Reporting
Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Content Marketing
Support the creation of compelling and ensure content aligns with brand messaging, target audience, and industry trends.
Publish content across various digital channels, including website, blogs, social media, and email marketing, and optimize to ensure impressions, conversions and/or engagements are maximized.
Develop plan to leverage AI tools to improve content development and performance.
Email Marketing
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain clients.
Monitor and analyze email campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Website
Support website related projects, including ongoing improvements to website UX and on page copy.
Collaborate with external agencies and vendors as needed.
Event Management
Plan, organize, and execute client-focused events, webinars, and industry conferences to showcase our expertise and foster relationships.
Oversee event logistics, from vendor coordination to marketing material creation, ensuring seamless execution.
Collaborate and serve as liaison for internal stakeholders with sponsored conferences, including agenda, invite lists, content creation, speakers, and follow up
Evaluate event success through feedback and performance metrics, using insights to enhance future initiatives.
