About the role

 

As a Print Artworker, you will be primarily be working in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and other Adobe Creative Suite products, delivering high quality print, press, packaging and OOH assets. 

 

You will be working on large, often fast turnaround campaigns across a number of large global clients, using a combination of current technologies, software and best practice. 

 

You will be one of ICP’s Mexican Hub Print Artworker and are confident in challenging assumptions and you can clearly articulate solutions. You have a can-do attitude and excellent communication skills, and you are comfortable in showing this approach with all other ICP Hubs as well as your team members. 

You will need to have high level of English, both spoken and written.  

 

How You Will Make an Impact:


Experience creating advertising and static content with an exceptional eye for design and layout is essential with a skillset to build in a variety of technologies and methodologies. 


As a Print Artworker, you will require experience in a commercial environment, preferably a production agency. 

You should understand Print, Packaging, OOH and Press standards and be familiar with best practice in the area of reprographics, originations and artwork coordination. An understanding of packaging artwork is advantageous. 


High level and experience of color profiles, retouching within the Adobe Creative Cloud is required with close attention to detail. 


What You'll Have:


  • The successful applicant will be capable of hitting the ground running and will be able to competently fulfill the duties of the role to an extremely high standard. 
  • Previous experience in an online digital production environment.
  • Minimum 2-3 years working with large global brands. 
  • Must have excellent experience in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator 
  • Strong experience of industry print & press standards 
  • Responsible to receive briefs in English and understand content, ensuring deliverables meet production requirements and match proofs 
  • To create print ready artwork from master design files, corporate/brand guidelines, print specification and briefs received 
  • Ability to produce layouts and mechanicals across a range of media including press, magazines, brochures, and static OOH 
  • All artwork material to be quality controlled by artworker to maximise efficiency while keeping highest the quality and attention to detail 
  • To produce technically correct and consistent artwork ready to all media specifications 
  • Strong experience and knowledge in colour profiles, retouching, colour correction, file type, understanding delivery requirements (profiles, trim, bleed, crop marks)  
  • To adhere to an artwork checklist, checking all artworks to ensure the highest possible standard

  • To meet all required deadlines for your assigned projects in conjunction with the Production Manager 
  • Experience in working across multiple campaigns and projects in parallel 
  • To have excellent brand and design awareness, actively supporting the client’s creative design team in maintaining the client’s brand
