  • Stay ahead of trends in creative process innovation, including automation, AI, and integration with Studio Ops and Content Studio teams.
  • Help build client relationships, expanding ICP’s network and ensuring alignment with decision-makers and budget holders.
  • Mentoring, coaching and professional development support for practice members
  • Contribute to development of COE playbooks, templates, and strategic frameworks.
  • Collaborate with the S&C team to produce domain-specific industry insights and best practices.
  • Drive thought leadership by identifying trends, surfacing continuous improvement opportunities, and aligning creative operations with related ecosystems (e.g., production, DAM, automation).

Hard and Soft Skills:

  • Clear and confident communicator who simplifies complexity
  • Systems thinker with structured, solution-oriented problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and defining order
  • Self-motivated, organized, and accountable to timelines

Collaboration:

  • Work cross-functionally with ICP colleagues—including client partners, solution leads, and COE teammates—to deliver seamless, aligned solutions.
  • Client Facing Engagements:
  • Lead strategic engagements related to creative operations transformation.
  • Confidently manage senior client stakeholders, guiding them through complexity with clarity and authority.

 What You’ll Have:
