ICP is looking for a Creative Operations leader to help architect and grow an expanding line of business solutions focused on Content Operations and the frictionless flow of content. For ICP Creative Operations covers all orchestration and production tasks that lead to the organized, efficient, high quality and cutting-edge creation and delivery of new, trans-created or automated creative outputs.
The Creative Operations Solutions Lead will lead by influence across all geographies, strategizing to develop products and services to serve clients worldwide. The ideal candidate will have a mix of client and agency or consulting experience. The Creative Operations Solutions Lead will:
- Develop and productize client-centered Creative Operations solutions across orchestration and creation tasks.
- Partner with the Growth and Marketing organization in setting financial goals for Creative Operations solutions and selling solutions to new and established clients
- Support Client Partners and Delivery Services with successful client outcomes
- Drive commercial innovation by identifying market needs and solution expansion opportunities
- Work with Center of Excellence Leads (delivery) to build talent, capabilities, and expertise across the ICP organization
- Be a public face and voice and ICP Creative Ops expertise
This global senior-level individual contributor will be based in either the USA (Atlanta preferred) or the UK (London preferred), reporting to CRO. Office, hybrid, and home working will all be possible. Travel, circumstances permitting, up to 25%.
Key Responsibilities
The Creative Operations Solutions Lead will drive growth and profitability by delivering in five main opportunity areas:
Strategic Product Development and Value Positioning
- Using a holistic view of client business needs, technological developments, new thinking, and industry best practices you will develop and productize solutions that leverage ICP’s unique strengths as experts in consulting and content operations to deliver deep long-term client value
- Define a growth strategy and roadmap for delivering Creative Operations solutions including capabilities expansion, technologies, investment, and partnerships
- Collaborate with Content Studio, Digital Shelf and Content Management & Logistics Solution Leads on complementary and supporting products and services
- Collaborate with ICP Service Leadership to ensure new offerings power each service (Strategy & Consulting, Technology Services, Managed Content Services, Creative Content Studios) unique growth agenda creating sustainable differentiation by ensuring the knowledge and skills, tools and processes, SLAs and outputs are in place to deliver exceptional client solutions
- Support ICP teams to tailor creative operations solutions to the unique needs of clients, their customers, associates, and brands, while working to ensure that engagements are scalable, repeatable, industrialized in core businesses whenever possible
Thought Leadership, Marketable Expertise, and Communications
- Support Business Development and Client Partners in Executive-level (VP/ED and above) discussions of ICP Creative Operations solutions and capabilities
- Identify Creative Operations opportunities to expand business within existing clients and growth opportunities amongst prospective clients
- Collaborate with Marketing, Business Development, and Client Partners to build business cases, amplify results, and produce compelling narratives that communicate value, opportunity, and imperative to persuade clients to engage
- Provide expert consulting/POV on current and emerging technologies related to workflow, content creation, production, automation, performance measurement, and optimization
- Collaborate on creating an enterprise creative operations curriculum and participate in learning programs
- Public speaking, participation in conferences, and building communities of interest amongst non-competitive clients to share knowledge and best practices
Strategy, Insights, and Commercial Innovation
- Work as an internal and external thought leader who understands the broad creative operations domain and how its enablement impacts future growth
- Use qualitative and quantitative techniques to continuously imagine new creative operations-led opportunities based on changing commercial needs, industry challenges, technology and organizational trends, and economics
- Synthesize existing research, data, and insights from marketing, competitive and cross-industry to identify trends and support solution strategy
- Helps move invention from development through productization to monetization
Performance and Measurement
- Drive solution performance reporting to support value and business case creation and investment (i.e., how well the solution is performing for clients)
- Drive internal operational reporting and KPIs and collaborate with Service Leads to ensure optimized performance and margin (i.e., how well the solution is performing for ICP, hitting revenue targets, etc.)
Client Experience
Collaborate with Client Partner, Content Studio, Solution Architects and Consulting to present a client or industry-specific vision of how to orchestrate creative operations strategies and capabilities to achieve the fastest route to measurable transformative value
Monitor solutions for client satisfaction and ensure solutions are meeting customer needs and expectations
Key Experience & Skills
Skills:
- Demonstrated expertise in identifying market opportunities, client needs, and related insights
Proven experience advising clients on end-to-end creative workflows, production best practices, and resource management. - Solid understanding of content creation processes across different sectors, including briefing, concept-ing, production, iteration, final delivery, and how to optimize them.
- Proven experience advising internal teams or external clients on end-to-end creative workflows, production best practices, and resource management.
- Understanding of AI applications (e.g., generative design, predictive analytics etc) within creative teams—and the potential for future innovation.
- Adept at translating insights into innovative, profitable, demand-generating solutions
- Proven success in developing product vision and strategy, business case and investment analysis, planning, pricing, positioning, marketing, and performance measurement
- Collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders including senior management within ICP and across our client’s global organizations
- Crafting compelling narratives to support marketing and communications
Experience:
- 7-10 years overall experience in creative operations, internal or external agency leadership including 4+ years’ experience in a client-facing agency or consulting role (internal agency is fine.)
- 4+ years’ experience within one or more of the following industry sectors – CPG, Food, Bev/Alc, Media, and Entertainment, Luxury, Fashion & Apparel, Pharma, Life Sciences, Automotive
- Experience with executive-level communications and global, heavily matrixed organizations is required

- BA or equivalent required, advanced degree a plus
