About the role  

The Digital Asset Specialist plays a pivotal role in delivering operational efficiency to our client’s MarTech ecosystem, focusing on Product Information management, to support strategic goals.   

You are responsible for various operational and written content-related activities, coordinating data and reporting, and leading client-facing interactions within a Digital Product Information Management (PIM) framework. This role supports a global company where leadership, customer service, governance, and process optimization are crucial. The primary focus will be on ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, implementing against processes while seeking improvements, and fostering global collaboration.    

A proficient team player striving to support a cohesive team driven toward achieving objectives. Understands global operations, working closely with team leads to execute on clear guidelines and goals aimed at achieving common objectives and ensuring global standardization.

How You Will Make an Impact  

Operations Execution & Project Management  

  • Provide input for reports to track agreed upon KPIs  
  • Understand and work against SLAs  
  • Execute day-to-day tasks, including training, shared inbox management, content ingestion, and documentation, to ensure smooth functioning  
  • Ensure timely delivery of product information into the PIM platform  
  • Participate in training to ensure alignment with organizational goals  
  • Help create a productive and positive work environment  
  • Feedback any product issues and various other challenges to help the product and automation teams find solutions   
  • Provide exceptional customer service to the client and their vendors   
  • Understand the importance of following guidelines and ability to follow them thoroughly and accurately 
  • Proficient when it comes to stress management and able to manage client’s and team’s expectations 

 

 Process Improvements  

  • Execute against documented workflow and processes, while also feeding back ideas for improvements  
  • Identify or support implementation of opportunities for process optimization and automation to streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and effectiveness.  
  • Follow metadata schemas that reflect the true needs of the business  

 

Collaboration  

  • Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to learn best practices, enhancing overall operational efficiency and ensure alignment with organizational objectives  
  • Be a strong team player with your direct team (internal to ICP and external) and global partners  
  • Work with the account team to assure clear task distribution and management 
  • Work with the management team to assure clear communication and timely escalation when required 

 

Client Facing Engagement  

  • Where required, collaborate with cross functional teams and agencies stakeholders to ensure content and campaigns are delivered on time and meet quality standards  
  • Listen, learn, and adapt to changes in the business’ needs  
  • Attend client meeting, as required to ensure knowledge to the business  
  • Provide PIM training and support to client team members  
  • Effectively manage expectations to assure client satisfaction 

 

What You'll Have:  

Requires a managerial experience of at least 2-3 years in team management in a client facing role, BA/BS and experience/interest in marketing, commerce and/or creative technologies or related field, including a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a client-facing agency or consulting role.; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Good understanding/interest in beauty industry.
