  • Market Analysis & Compliance: Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes in healthcare (e.g., CMS guidelines). Ensure the product stays compliant and differentiates in a complex, evolving market.

Key Qualifications

  • Experience working in agile environments and leading cross-functional teams including engineering, design, data science, and clinical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to gather and prioritize requirements based on user needs, business impact, and regulatory requirements in healthcare.
  • Comfort working with healthcare data (e.g., claims, EHR, HEDIS) and understanding its implications for product design, analytics, and compliance.
  • Microsoft Office, Shortcut, Jira, or similar for product management, Scrum Master a plus.

Other Requirements

  • Excellent oral, written and presentation skills, plus the ability to facilitate negotiations in complex situations.
