About the Role


Sellers Dorsey is seeking a Junior Brand & Graphic Designer who will support the development and execution of visual materials that bring the Sellers Dorsey brand to life. This role contributes to the creation of high‑quality digital and print designs that align with established brand standards and help communicate the company’s mission and values. Working closely with the marketing and communications teams, the designer will assist in producing visually engaging content, maintaining brand consistency, and supporting day‑to‑day creative needs across the organization.


Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Stewardship & Visual Identity: Support the application of the company’s visual brand across all materials and platforms, ensuring consistency and alignment with established standards. Assist in maintaining and updating brand guidelines to reinforce a cohesive corporate identity that reflects our mission and position in the B2B healthcare market. Collaborate with the communications team to ensure that visual design enhances and supports the company’s narrative and messaging.
  • Design Production & Creative Execution: Create high‑quality digital and print assets—including presentations, social graphics, reports, and internal materials that bring the brand to life. Prepare accurate, production‑ready files and ensure strong layout, typography, and visual clarity. Adapt existing designs for various platforms and audiences while maintaining brand integrity and attention to detail.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, communications, and business teams to understand project goals and deliver effective visual solutions. Participate in creative reviews, incorporate feedback constructively, and support project coordination to help ensure timelines and expectations are met.
  • Continuous Learning & Skill Development: Stay current on design trends, tools, and best practices to strengthen creative output. Seek opportunities to expand skills in layout, digital design, and visual storytelling. Contribute fresh ideas and support a collaborative, positive team culture.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field. MA or MFA is preferred but not required.
  • Minimally one (1) year of experience in graphic design (internships or freelance work accepted; corporate or B2B experience a plus).
  • Proficiency in MS 365 (specifically Microsoft Word and PowerPoint), Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Familiarity with digital design tools such as Figma, Canva, or similar.
  • Portfolio demonstrating strong fundamentals in layout, typography, and brand application (Link to portfolio must be included in the application).
  • Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and translate direction into effective design.
  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Basic motion graphics or video editing skills (e.g., After Effects, Premiere) preferred.
  • Experience with accessibility‑focused design for digital content preferred.
  • Understanding of web design principles or HTML/CSS fundamentals preferred.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite; Digital Design Tools such as Figma, Canva, or Adobe XD; Microsoft Office Suite; Project Management platforms (Asana or similar), file sharing tools (SharePoint, OneDrive, Dropbox, or similar).

Compensation & Benefits 


The anticipated salary range for candidates is $55,000/year to up to $62,000/year. The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience within the job, the type of years and experience within the industry, the candidate’s education, and the candidate’s market location. Typically, candidates are not hired near the top of the range and compensation decisions are made based upon Sellers Dorsey’s Total Compensation Policies & Guidelines. The successful candidate will also be eligible to participate in our annual Corporate Incentive Plan (CIP) that can range to up to 6% of annual salary. 


Provided they meet all eligibility requirements under the applicable plan documents, the successful candidate (and their eligible dependents) will be eligible to enroll in group healthcare plans that offer medical, dental, and vision and for insurance plans offering short term disability, long term disability, and basic life. Employees are also able to enroll in Sellers Dorsey’s 401k plan provided they meet plan requirements.  Sellers Dorsey offers a Flexible Time Off that allows employees to use what they need. Additionally, we offer 10 paid holidays throughout the calendar year, paid time off for qualifying medical leave, and up to 12 weeks of combined paid parental and bonding leave. The foregoing benefits and paid time off, including an employee’s eligibility therefore, will be controlled by applicable plan documents and Sellers Dorsey policy.
