We’re looking for a highly organized, motivated, and service-driven professional to join our team as a Lot Office Administrator. This role is the heartbeat—and the hospitality—of each location. From keeping our paperwork accurate to supporting both our team and customers, this person ensures every part of the lot runs in harmony.


What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as the administrative and hospitality lead for your location, ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Act as the “hostess with the mostest”—welcoming customers, checking in on employees, and making sure everyone on the lot has what they need to succeed.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including titles, registrations, customer files, compliance logs, and dealership-specific reports.
  • Keep a pulse on your team—helping create a supportive, service-first culture that reflects iGo's values.
  • Support the sales and service teams by ensuring all paperwork is accurate, complete, and submitted on time.
  • Handle daily administrative tasks such as scanning, filing, data entry, receipt processing, deposits, and inventory tracking.
  • Uphold a clean, professional, and welcoming office environment for customers and employees.
  • Communicate with external partners (county clerks, DMV, insurance companies, etc.) to complete necessary documentation.
  • Collaborate with the Admin team and follow standardized processes for consistency across all locations.
  • Be cross-trained in all core lot roles, so you’re prepared to jump in and help wherever needed.

  • Strong communicator—you’re approachable, proactive, and professional.
  • Comfortable with technology—familiarity with Microsoft 365 and digital filing is a must.
  • Neat, legible handwriting is important for daily paperwork accuracy.
  • Able to juggle multiple responsibilities and “wear multiple hats” in a fast-paced environment.
  • Committed to confidentiality, organization, and a VIP experience for both customers and coworkers.

The pay range for this role is:

15 - 15 USD per hour (CV Lot)
