About the role

  • As a Dynamics 365 CE Senior Techno Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for developing applications using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, includes creating apps, portals, plug-in, and customizations. You will be working closely with architect team to conduct workshops and design solutions for customers. We seek a highly motivated individual who can thrive in a dynamic environment and work as a full-stack Microsoft Dynamics D365 CE developer and contributes to all aspects of the software development cycle meeting deadlines

Essential Functions

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand detailed business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Utilize best practices within the Microsoft Power Platform to develop efficient and scalable solutions
  • Continuously enhance usability and performance of business applications and automation solutions
  • Analyze project requirements from a solution design perspective and propose the best- fit solutions for complex business needs
  • Perform customizations, configurations, plugin development, web resources, custom actions, integrations, and data migrations within Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 CE
  • Develop custom connectors for Microsoft Power Automate, implementing solutions with multiple data sources using REST-based APIs
  • Develop an integration layer for data integration considering new data and modified data in source and target systems using Azure
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their business processes

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement/ Microsoft Dynamics CRM (2016/2015/2013/2011)
  • Strong expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Common Data Service (Dataverse)
  • Proven ability to analyze and translate functional requirements into technical solutions
  • Hands-on expertise on building integration platforms using Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, and other related Azure resources
  • Hands-on experience with plugin development, JavaScript, workflows, web resources, and custom actions
  • Experience with REST-based APIs, integrations, and data migrations
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Must be familiar with Azure DevOps, day-to-day usage and good knowledge on CI/CD
  • Must be familiar with ‘Build and release’ pipelines in Azure DevOps or other popular change management tools
  • Must be familiar with the concepts around application integration patterns and message communication
  • Should be able to work in a fast-moving development team, be candid and care about the status and quality of work with the development team
  • Results oriented/self-directed ability to drive change in an unstructured environment
