About the role


As a CRM Techno Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing large Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce projects; should be client-focused, team-oriented and with exceptional communication skills. We seek a highly motivated individual who can thrive in a dynamic environment and is adept at meeting deadlines.  


Essential Functions

  • Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of areas within customer engagement, including sales, field services, and project service automation
  • Work on full life cycle implementations across multiple versions of Dynamics CRM/365
  • Collaborate with the development team to provide a better understanding of business user needs and resolve any related queries
  • Document business requirements, review them with business and technology teams, and obtain customer acceptance Address user questions on working with Agile or Waterfall approaches based on business requirements
  • Work with business users to develop acceptance criteria for test cases and test scenarios
  • Utilize SSRS reporting services for reporting tasks

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience specific to the position
  • 3 years of experience in mentorship or leading by example
  • 5 years of experience in project or client engagement and customer-facing roles
  • Should have worked for a duration of 4-8 years as a functional consultant
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dynamics CRM 2016/2015
  • Strong familiarity with MS CRM Sales, Service, and Marketing modules
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively address user questions
  • Must have experience with SSRS reporting services

 Additional Information

  • Basic knowledge of the Power Platform (Power Apps, Flow, Power BI); and good understanding of Dynamics 365 Common Data Model and Common Data Model 
  • MS CRM configuration knowledge 
  • Application integrations knowledge with MS CRM
