About the role

We are seeking a Functional Consultant with 3+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, specializing in Commerce (Retail) and Supply Chain Management. The role involves delivering implementations, optimizing business processes, and supporting clients in enhancing their retail and supply chain operations.

Essential Functions

  • Participate in end-to-end implementation of D365 Commerce and SCM solutions.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
  • Configure modules including Retail, Inventory, Procurement, Warehousing, and Order Management.
  • Provide functional support and troubleshooting for ongoing operations and system issues.
  • Ensure proper documentation of business processes, configurations, and system changes.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and system optimization.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, specifically in Commerce (Retail) and SCM modules.
  • Proven experience in at least one full lifecycle D365 implementation.
  • Solid understanding of business process re-engineering and ERP best practices.
  • Experience working with integrations, reporting tools, and data migration frameworks.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel; working knowledge of Power BI or other reporting tools is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
