About the role
- We are seeking a highly experienced D365 Solution Architect to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Commerce, and Supply Chain Management, with a proven track record of designing and delivering complex enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate should be present in UAE or eligible to work in UAE

Essential Functions
- Understand, structure and prepare adequate response to Client needs, both on business and technical levels
- Propose comprehensive, complete and straight-to-the-point solutions based on identified requirements and adequate technology stack
- Outline and design proper corporate architecture with special focus on transition of existing technology landscape into target, industry standard one
- Ability to think strategically, out-of-the-box, taking into account industry standards and existing “best of breed” solutions
- Helping customers to define MVP, product, and architecture roadmaps
- Working independently with the client (conducting workshops with the client, running demos, presenting or implementing solutions to customers) and being effective in fostering executive-level relationships
- Taking responsibility as Solution Architect for conceptual side of both bid process and subsequent delivery
- Providing guidance to the customers on how to get the best value from the proposed solution
- Proactively sharing knowledge as well as introducing new people to the team and teaching others
- The role requires an individual who is resourceful, confident under pressure, and has demonstrated skill in both crisis management and expectation management
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
- 5+ ERP large scale enterprise implementations of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations
- Minimum of 12 years of demonstrated work experience in ERP technologies with 10+ years in Dynamics 365 F&O
- Presales experience is preferred with knowledge of sales and sales processes
- Provide guidance to implementation team on various strategic areas such as ALM, Environment strategy, Integration strategy, Data Migration strategy, Security Strategy etc
- Knowledge of emerging Microsoft technologies; Azure Cloud Platform, Power Bi, PowerApps, Flow, Azure Data lake, DevOps, RSAT
- Experience in working with Common Data Services (Dual Write) for integration with Dynamics 365 for sales and Field services
- Work hand in hand with Project managers, program managers and project teams to ensure successful implementations
- Coaching and mentoring team members and facilitate peer reviews
- Knowledge of project implementation methodology, LCS and be quick to adapt as per project needs
- Intellectual curiosity, especially around emerging enterprise technologies
- Experience in dealing with ISVs and Ips
- Understanding of customization patterns within Dynamics 365 Finance and SCM at the level allowing to specify custom solutions for developers
- Experience in business processes including Finance, Manufacturing, Retail, and Supply Chain is required
- Knowledge of infrastructure, Azure D365 Deployments, integrations, and customizations within Dynamics 365 F&O at the level allowing to estimate blueprint the solution, and build credibility within the client
- Excellent presentation, communication, leadership and client development skills to effectively present information to C-level management
- Strategic thinking and tactical project planning/management skills
Additional Requirements
- Proven track record of working with leadership teams to implement complex business requirements within Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or earlier versions
- Holding Microsoft Azure & D365 Certifications
- Microsoft Dynamics AX or Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations certification
- Advanced level of knowledge of at least one industry (Retail, Manufacturing, Finance, Telecom, FMCG, Banking, Automotive)
- Experience in working on Agile projects
