About the role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic trainee to join our team and gain hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O), focusing on Retail and Supply Chain Management modules. The trainee will assist in system configuration, user support, and day-to-day operational processes under the guidance of senior consultants.

Essential Functions

• Support the team in daily activities within Retail and Supply Chain modules of D365 F&O.
• Assist in data entry, system testing, and documentation of business processes (inventory, procurement, sales, and retail operations).
• Help monitor and maintain product, inventory, and order data within the system.
• Assist in preparing operational and analytical reports.
• Perform basic system checks and support issue resolution.
• Collaborate with senior consultants on implementation, customization, and support tasks.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• 0–6 months of relevant experience (internships/academic projects in supply chain or retail are a plus).
• Basic understanding of supply chain processes (procurement, inventory management, warehousing, order management, retail operations).
• Interest in ERP systems, especially Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with Power BI is a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
