About the role

We are looking for a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce – Point of Sale (POS) Developer with hands-on experience in building scalable, high-performance solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform.

Essential Functions

• Develop and customize POS systems using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce to meet business requirements
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to gather and analyze requirements
• Design and implement MPOS/CPOS customizations using C#, TypeScript, and Knockout.js
• Ensure seamless integration of POS systems with other modules and third-party APIs
• Monitor and improve performance, reliability, and security of POS systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve POS-related issues in a timely manner
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities
• Stay up to date with latest trends in POS and Dynamics 365 Commerce technology

Required Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on development experience with Dynamics 365 Commerce (Retail), especially in POS customization
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a relevant discipline
• Experience with D365 Retail POS, Retail Server, CRT, MPOS, and CPOS
• Strong programming skills in C#
• Proficient in Windows Communication Foundation (WCF), WCF Data Services, and ASP.NET Web API
• Experience with TypeScript and Knockout.js
• Experience integrating third-party APIs with CPOS/MPOS
• Familiarity with ASP.NET, .NET MVC, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript frameworks like jQuery, Bootstrap, Angular, or ReactJS
• Experience working with REST APIs (GET, POST, PUT)
• Experience in Azure development and deployment
• Strong SQL skills including stored procedures, queries, and SQL jobs
• Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipeline integration
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills

Additional Information

• Functional understanding of Commerce modules and their integration with Finance and Operations
• Experience in JavaScript or AngularJS development
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce certifications are a plus
