About the role

Integrated Management Strategies (IMS) is an award-winning, fast-growing woman-owned small business in the Washington DC area, specializing in healthcare, technology, and management consulting. We are seeking an experienced Appraiser/Auditor to join our healthcare consulting practice. The role is on-site in St. Louis, MO. What you'll do

  • Serves and the Servicing Office SFH-G Appraiser liaison for staff and lending partners.
  • Review and research mortgage loan files for accuracy and quality control.
  • Reviews origination, REO and liquidation appraisals for quality and accuracy.
  • Makes recommendations for loss claim payment.
  • Provides technical expertise for loss mitigation and loss claim appraisal review support.
  • Appraisal process support including writing procedures, policy review, process flow charts etc.
  • Audit loss claims files.
  • Works with lender partners on appraisal questions and issues related to loss claim payments.
  • Content Management, Workflow and Imaging.
  • Research, analyze and recommend software solutions for business process improvements.
  • Research, analyze and recommend automated solutions for capturing performance metrics.
  • Research, analyze and update procedures and user instruction guides.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or higher degree
  • US Citizenship or Permanent Resident
  • Ability to secure a DOD security clearance, must not have been unfavorably removed from a government position.
