Job Description:  

The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing projects that are medium/large with an average/high level of complexity with minimal supervision. This role is responsible for all aspects of projects over the entire project life (initiate, plan, execute, control, close). From gathering requirements, assigning individual responsibilities, identifying appropriate resources needed, and developing the schedule to ensure timely completion of the project. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Ensure projects align with the organization leaders, the strategic objectives and drive results to the long-term goals. Oversee the development and execution of the project plan including setting goals, timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Make recommendations where needed to achieve objectives, operational excellence, and value. 
  • Planning out the blueprints for software projects, including defining the scope, allocating resources, setting deadlines, laying out communication strategies, and indicating tests and maintenance. 
  • Monitor project performance and make necessary adjustments to stay on track. Provides regular updates to senior management/leadership around project progress, challenges, and successes. Utilizing tools and methodology to track and report.  
  • Determining and overseeing consistent testing, evaluation, security, and troubleshooting of all products in all stages of completion.  
  • Tracking milestones, deliverables, and change requests.  
  • Serving as a liaison to communicate information regarding changes, milestones reached, and other pertinent information.  

Qualifications: 

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in project management and/or process methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Lean, Kanban, Design Thinking, Waterfall) and tools, with a history of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget 
  • Can lead requirements-i.e., gathering meetings, articulating complex processes and requirements with ease. 
  • Builds relationships with employees, internal stakeholders, managers, and strategic partners with a foundation of trust. 
  • Capable of seeing the big picture while executing on the intricate details of a plan. 
  • Must have active listening skills. 
  • Skill in coordinating with others. 
  • Requires strong skills in attention to detail and the ability to thoroughly complete work tasks. 
  • Must have the ability to communicate clearly, both orally and in writing. 
  • Capable of using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems. 
  • Ability to share knowledge and train others. 
  • Ability to give constructive feedback. 
  • Requires leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams and influencing senior level management and key stakeholders. 
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified associate in project management (CAPM) certifications also preferred 

The pay range for this role is:

85,000 - 95,000 USD per year (Corporate Office)
