Position Overview
Incline P&C Group is seeking a Project Manager to lead and manage multiple projects across the organization. This role requires independent ownership of project execution, governance activities, and documentation to support program success. The Project Manager will work closely with Business Operations leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure program success through disciplined planning, transparent reporting, and efficient knowledge management.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain program roadmaps, highlighting milestones, dependencies, and risks.
Support governance frameworks, including steering committees, decision logs, and executive reporting.
Create and manage Confluence knowledge hubs, ensuring standardized templates and documentation.
Manage the intake and prioritization process in Jira, tracking requests and aligning initiatives to enterprise priorities.
Partner with departments, including underwriting, finance, compliance, IT, and data teams, to ensure seamless program execution.
Develop dashboards and reporting to track onboarding progress, KPIs, and program health.
Identify and implement process improvements to scale and governance practices effectively.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Risk, or related field. Advanced degree preferred
7+ years project management experience (enterprise systems or cross-functional programs preferred) ideally in insurance, reinsurance, financial services, or technology.
PMP or PMI-ACP certification
Proven experience with Jira and Confluence for program tracking and knowledge management.
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Experience in process improvement, governance, or operational scaling is strongly preferred.
Preferred certifications include CSM, PSM, SAFe, Prosci Change Management, Lean Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt)
