Position Overview
We are seeking a Program Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate our program operations functions. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the onboarding and due diligence process for new and existing Insurance programs. This role will support operational excellence, scalability, and sustainability across our program partnerships.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Management: Oversee daily program operations, working closely with underwriting, compliance, audit, IT, and accounting teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Program Onboarding: Coordinate the onboarding of new programs, supporting seamless operational transitions and integrations.
  • Performance Tracking: Assist in establishing and monitoring program performance metrics and KPIs in collaboration with the underwriting team.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Maintain effective working relationships with reinsurers, program managers, and Insurtech partners, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
  • Regulatory Support: Assist in ensuring program operations meet all applicable state and federal regulations; stay informed about regulatory changes.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve operational processes, leveraging technology and best practices to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Budget Support: Work with the finance team to monitor operational budgets, focusing on cost-effective practices.
  • Risk Support: Collaborate with the risk management team to identify and address operational risks.

 

 Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business.  Insurance, or a related field; industry certifications (e.g., CPCU, ARM) a plus.
  • Minimum of 5–7 years of experience.  Insurance industry preferred, with a focus on P&C operations, fronting, or program business.
  • Strong organizational and team coordination skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Experience in process improvement and operational scalability.
  • Working knowledge of insurance regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
