Incredible Health is looking for an accomplished, strategic, goal-oriented, and execution-driven individual to help drive our new territory sales efforts on the ground. The role demands that the candidate be a self-starter and a quick learner. In this role, the candidate will help drive the growth and shape the future of an emerging service that will have a significant impact on our business and the healthcare labor industry at large. You will be directly responsible for developing, defining, negotiating, and closing key target customer deals with hospitals and health systems in your territory. Our ideal candidate will be a proven sales producer who has performed at the highest levels in fast-paced, high-growth environments. The role will help shape the long-term strategy by refining our playbook for market growth. This is the opportunity to join a rocketship start-up at just the right time. We have a number of referenceable clients that love what we are accomplishing for them, and the largest customers in our new markets are prime targets.


This position can be fully-remote in the following states:

The typical day-to-day in this role will involve:

  • A consultative sales and business development approach.
  • Creating trust and partnership with target hospitals and health systems.
  • Identifying target customers to pursue in new markets and existing markets.
  • Meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual deal/revenue targets.
  • Helping shape the sales playbook.
  • Teaming up with our talented Marketing and Sales leadership to build sales tools and adapt approach with the target customer as new objections arise.
  • Creating and articulating compelling core value propositions to target customers.
  • Maintaining a robust sales development pipeline.
  • Managing deals throughout the sales cycle - lead gen, introductions, scoping, presenting, proposal, negotiations, and closing.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to complete deals and achieve corporate goals.
  • Reporting to the Head of Sales.

You might be the one we’re looking for if:

  • You have 5+ years of experience in healthcare technology, healthcare services, and/or related sales experience, with a focus on the CHRO and CNO persona
  • You have 3+ years of enterprise sales experience carrying and exceeding quota.
  • You possess the ability to drive collaborative sales cycles that involve experimentation and best practice development.
  • You have expertise in positioning and selling services to new customers and markets.
  • You're an ambitious, high-energy individual with experience in fast-paced, highly entrepreneurial environments.
  • You have the ability to learn new markets and stay current with market trends.
  • You have successful experience in prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals in healthcare.
  • You have complete comfort in communicating and presenting to customers and senior leadership.
  • You're a strategic thinker with the ability to communicate and execute a strategy consistent with client needs.
  • You possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Your knowledge of the hospital market would be a huge plus.
  • You have a deep interest in marketplace companies and healthcare.
  • You have a great sense of humor.
  • You have the willingness to learn and teach, enjoying a team environment.


Success in your first 6 months will look like:

  • Learn the Incredible Health story and master how to communicate with CHRO’s, CNO’s, and CEO’s on our value prop
  • Successfully create and close new business opportunities and customer expansions
  • Build a 3x pipeline through intense prospecting and dedicated TOF activity
