Incredible Health is looking for a strategic and hands-on leader to drive growth in our expanding healthcare recruitment marketplace. You’ll have the opportunity to evolve and optimize existing strategies, tactics, and channels leveraging data, experimentation, and cross-functional collaboration to scale our impact. This role is 100% remote and can be located in the following states:

Typical Responsibilities
- Build, lead, and coach the Paid Acquisition team, one of the critical pillars of our healthcare professional / user acquisition growth program.
- Partner with the Design + Brand team on social media, organic marketing, and email marketing.
- Own Incredible Health's talent marketing strategy across online and offline channels, including establishing quarterly roadmaps and OKRs.
- Work with Analytics and Finance to develop a system for tracking and visualizing marketing KPIs.
- Establish reliable troubleshooting, testing, and reporting processes and infrastructure for the marketing team.
- Own the people management and partner strategy for the talent marketing team, including hiring, onboarding, training, and professional development. The team includes channel managers and social media managers, and key vendors and partners.
- Build our talent marketing operational superpowers, including improving new market launch processes and workflows, creating dashboards to track OKRs, improving testing and experimentation speed, improving our cross functional reporting and communication processes, improving marketing costs per hire, and increasing our talent growth volume in both established and new markets.
- Identify and solve issues, frictions, and bottlenecks that are impeding talent growth across our channels while identifying new opportunities and channels to drive incremental talent growth.
- Work with teams cross functionally (internally and externally) to address opportunities to increase talent acquisition, including creating a plan and timeline to implement solutions. Align processes and workflows internally with other teams.
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, data, finance, sales and customer success teams to automate and implement key processes.
- Consider goals and metrics in collaboration with the CEO, CFO and other senior leaders.
- Be an active leader of Incredible Health's marketing team, having a say in the most important strategic decisions.
- Report directly to the CEO.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum 10 years of marketing experience with 5+ years in leading a team
- Two-sided marketplace experience is required, including making decisions to balance supply and demand per geography.

- You have a track record of managing and growing paid marketing channels and teams in high growth companies, preferably in consumer software technology, healthcare technology, or marketplace business.
- Understanding and leveraging brand marketing strategies to drive marketplace growth
- You have a track record of collaborating across multiple internal teams and leadership, including working with product and engineering on the automation of key processes and improvement of internal tools.
- You have a track record of hiring, developing, and retaining top talent.
- You have a proven ability of driving marketing metrics and funnel optimization.
- You have strategic thinking about problems that are "out of the box" with the ability to see around corners and anticipate business needs 2 or 3 quarters in advance.
- You have a relentless focus on driving results and customer satisfaction.
- You have experience in establishing paid acquisition programs in a new geographic market, including developing localized strategies.
- You have strength in data analytics and metrics (familiarity with SQL required) and making data-driven decisions.
- You have a "can-do” attitude and no hesitancy to roll up your sleeves and get a task done, regardless of role or title.
