Responsibilities:


We’re looking for someone who is passionate about user experience and process management. This leader would oversee one of our core, user-facing teams, the Recruiter Advocates. The team communicates with healthcare recruiters (our users), educating them on platform upgrades, consulting them on their active hiring funnel and assisting in hiring workflows. Our users deserve a world-class experience, and we strive to deliver it from the first login to the first hire and beyond. This person will report to the Head of Client Success.

  • Lead a team of recruiter advocates responsible for supporting healthcare hiring professionals on the Incredible Health platform, ensuring they have a seamless and empowering experience.
  • Oversee team performance metrics, including KPIs tied to candidate engagement, user satisfaction, and successful job placements.
  • Develop and enhance standard operating procedures, optimizing workflows for efficiency and ensuring consistency.
  • Provide ongoing training and development for Recruiter Advocates, fostering skill growth and aligning the team with best practices.
  • Drive adoption of new platform features, collaborating with Product to roll out enhancements and ensure recruiters benefit from updates.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams that include client onboarding, client success, marketing, operations, and product.
  • Monitor and improve key metrics, such as hire goal attainment, reducing stuck candidates in the hiring funnel, and increasing platform engagement.
  • Contribute to strategy development, leveraging candidate feedback to inform process improvements and align with company goals.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of client-facing experience required
  • 3+ years of people management experience required
  • 2+ years of start-up or healthcare technology experience preferred
  • Excel experience required
  • Marketplace experience preferred
  • Proven track record of leading a fast-growing client-facing team and using data to drive improvements
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate, drive influence, and build relationships with clients and internal teammates.
  • A high degree of empathy and energy when interacting with clients and internal team members
  • Collaborative, team-oriented working style with the ability to work independently and make decisions when needed
  • A demonstrated proficiency in software tools, including task tracking, work allocation, analytical and administrative software.
