Responsibilities:

We’re looking for someone passionate about client experience and process management! Our clients (Hospitals and Health Systems across the country) deserve an “incredible” experience, and we strive to create one, starting with the sales process and continuing through their onboarding onto our platform. This person will help us centralize this function and enable us to empower and excite prospective clients in the sales process, learn faster, iterate productively, and ensure each client is optimized for success from the outset. 

  • Lead a team of Onboarding Managers responsible for onboarding all new Hospital and Health system clients onto the Incredible Health Platform.  

  • Lead a team of Onboarding Managers responsible for running clients through the Optimization Processes, ensuring their goals are achieved early and often. 

  • Oversee the success of the Optimization Phase and Transition Phase of the client lifecycle, owning the smooth handoff to Client Success, Recruiter Advocates, and Jobs and Batching

  • Responsible for multiple optimization metrics, including:

    • Reducing order to cash timeframe

    • Increasing % of optimizing Hiring Practices in place at launch 

    • Reducing time to first hire & hire goal attainment 

    • Increasing volume of hires in first 90 days 

  • Develop and maintain documentation for best practices and standard operating procedures, optimizing for speed and quality. 

  • Lead, coordinate and execute Onboarding for new clients - demonstrating mastery of all internal and external tasks associated with the process. 

  • Contribute to pre-sale client interactions and strategy, with the objective of setting the client up for success and striving for successful deal closure. 

  • Educate clients on Incredible Health’s product offerings and value proposition to drive strong client adoption and engagement.

  • Partner closely with the Sales, Client Success, Product, and Operations teams to design processes & tailor the Incredible Health product to the client's needs, while ensuring a seamless transition through the early stages of the client journey.

  • Develop and Lead Monthly Client Training series & pivot easily based on survey results and business needs. 

  • Study process outcomes, identify areas of improvement, and proactively offer solutions. 

  • Provide additional leadership insight to various departments as needed to support the Client. 

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of Onboarding or Client Success experience required

  • 3+ years of start-up or health tech experience preferred

  • 2+ years of people management experience 

  • Marketplace experience preferred 

  • Superior organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects across varying timelines and competing priorities

  • Experience in an enterprise client-facing role

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, with an ability to think strategically while also maintaining strong attention to detail

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate, drive influence, and build relationships with clients and internal teammates from c-suite to end-users. 

  • A high degree of empathy and energy when interacting with clients and internal team members

  • Collaborative, team-oriented working style with the ability to work independently and make decisions when needed

  • Willingness and desire to learn
