Position Summary
Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, the Director of B2B Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive lead generation, customer acquisition, awareness, engagement, conversion, and revenue growth. This role requires a high degree of B2B marketing channel acumen, the ability to coordinate content distribution effectively, and a deep understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, and analytics.
This position will align closely with our revenue teams to develop and execute campaigns that drive pipeline growth and create awareness in the marketplace. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of combining strategy development and operational execution to accelerate revenue growth.
This role is 100% remote and can be located in the following states:

Typical Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B demand generation strategy to increase brand visibility and drive consistent pipeline within Incredible Health’s total addressable market for strategic initiatives (technicians, subscription model, talent engagement, self-serve).
- Drive strategies across all aspects of the B2B marketing and sales funnel, achieving high quality engagement that converts into new pipeline and revenue.
- Collaborate with the revenue teams to align on goals, customer needs, and market dynamics, ensuring that demand generation strategies are effectively supporting pipeline development.
- Work hand-in-hand with Sales, Client Success, and Design to develop bold, persuasive messaging and content in support of demand generation, client nurture paths and product marketing.
- Drive the creation of multi-channel lead generation campaigns that support sales targets and revenue growth.
- Stay updated on new AI technology to increase performance, automation, speed, and personalization.
- Utilize a mix of digital marketing tactics including content marketing, events and social media to reach target audiences.
- Create compelling content that supports marketing efforts, including collateral, email marketing, event scripts and digital advertising
- Oversee Incredible Health’s event and trade show strategy ****by innovating on format and approach to webinars, virtual events, and trade shows that will drive demand and generate leads.
- Develop promotional strategies and materials to maximize event attendance and engagement. Support quarterly PR campaigns to drive brand awareness
- Analyze performance data to identify trends, measure campaign effectiveness, and optimize strategies for maximum ROI. Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
Success in your first 6 months will look like:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that supports rapid growth, expands our footprint into new markets and verticals, and delights customers.
- Create content strategy with new collateral to support 2025 initiatives
- Partner with the SDR & Sales team to increase top of the funnel conversations with a plan to execute on nurturing campaigns
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a revenue generating role, with at least 5 years experience in a Demand Generation marketing role. B2B marketplace tech and startup experience preferred.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful demand generation campaigns.
- Mastery of modern digital marketing and sales technologies, including Salesforce, Hubspot, Gong, LinkedIn, and Google.
- Proficient in event-driven marketing, including webinars, conferences, trade shows, and speaking engagements.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions, including funnel optimization.
- Proven track record of driving lead generation and revenue growth through digital marketing strategies.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. You’ll regularly write copy for marketing campaigns as well as communicate results across the org, from executives to revenue team members
- Experience working at in early stage SaaS environment (Series A-C) is a plus
- Experience working in health tech or a marketplace is an even bigger plus
- Attention to detail. You can dive into the weeds and pick up on the seemingly small, yet important, details
- Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Self-starter with a proactive, can-do attitude and a knack for solving problems
- Demonstrated record of success in developing high-impact go-to-market collateral
- Strong understanding of social media, digital advertising, email marketing, and ABM
- Ability to navigate through ambiguity. You know where we need to go, but recognize it won’t always be a straight path to get there
