Position Summary
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the B2B Marketing Manager owns and executes lead generation across Incredible Health's employer business, driving awareness, engagement, and qualified pipeline for our three products: Marketplace, Lyn, and Gale.
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on building and running campaigns across digital, in person events, webinars, trade shows, and search, and is accountable to growing our pipeline. The ideal candidate pairs sharp channel execution with an analytical, test-and-learn mindset.
This role is 100% remote and can be located in the following states:
Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia
Typical Responsibilities
- Own and execute a multi-channel lead generation strategy that drives consistent, qualified pipeline across a suite of products: Marketplace, Lyn, and Gale.
- Plan, build, and run demand generation campaigns across paid search and social, content, email, and ABM.
- Own the in person and digital event and tradeshow strategy end to end: event selection, budget, pre and post event campaigns, speaker preparation, and pipeline measurement.
- Own the employer-side keyword strategy: build it, brief content against it, and track organic performance. Deep technical SEO is not required, but strong SEO and GEO fundamentals are required.
- Own market positioning and messaging that differentiates our products against competitors and resonates with our buyers.
- Own funnel operations across HubSpot and Salesforce: lead scoring, routing, and nurture automation, with clean handoffs to Sales.
- Partner with Sales, Client Success, and Design on messaging and content for demand generation, nurture, and product marketing.
- Own reporting on marketing sourced and influenced pipeline, and optimize channels against ROI.
Success in your first 6 months will look like:
- A repeatable lead generation engine across digital, events, and search delivering qualified pipeline.
- An event and trade show plan tied to clear pipeline targets.
- A keyword and organic content strategy live, with performance tracking in place.
- Clear funnel reporting showing sourced pipeline, channel efficiency, and conversion by stage.
Requirements
- 4+ years in B2B demand generation or lead generation, ideally in marketplace tech or a startup.
- Proven, hands-on record of building campaigns that drive measurable pipeline and revenue.
- Working mastery of Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, LinkedIn, and Google.
- Proficient in event-driven marketing: webinars, conferences, trade shows, and speaking engagements.
- Demonstrated AI fluency, with sound judgment about when and how to use it. Day-to-day use of AI tools is assumed; what sets you apart is the ability to build and direct AI-driven workflows and agents that run B2B marketing programs at scale, knowing where AI creates real leverage versus where a simpler approach is better.
- SEO and GEO fundamentals: able to build a keyword strategy, brief content, and interpret organic performance.
- Strong analytical skills, including funnel optimization and channel-level ROI.
You might be the one we're looking for if you have:
- A hands-on record of lead generation that drives measurable pipeline.
- Success executing across digital, events, and search.
- Comfort owning a number. You think in pipeline and conversion, not leads and impressions.
- A test-and-learn mindset. You run experiments, read the data honestly, and iterate.
- A clear grasp of our ICP and buyer personas, and the ability to turn that into sharp positioning and messaging.
- Excellent writing. You'll write campaign copy and communicate results across the org.
- Early-stage SaaS experience (Series A to C) is a plus. Health tech or a marketplace is an even bigger plus.
- A self-starter who navigates ambiguity and solves problems.
- An AI-native way of working, with demonstrated success using AI to drive B2B marketing programs and your day-to-day work.
