About the role:

Indivisible Project is hiring a Senior Manager of Distributed Fundraising to join our Movement Support team. Reporting to the Director of Movement Support, the Senior Manager of Distributed Fundraising will oversee and manage the distributed fundraising program, supporting Indivisible groups with a user-friendly experience to legally and effectively fundraise and spend funds through our national entity.

We are hiring for this position immediately. This position is full-time, with a salary range of $77,950 - $108,150, commensurate with experience. In addition, Indivisible provides a robust benefits package including full medical/dental/vision/life coverage, and an employer-matched 401(k) plan.

What you'll do:

Program Management - 90%

• Serve as the point person to coordinate and promote the success of the distributed fundraising program by training and assisting individual group leaders, liaising with external vendors, and collaborating across the organizing, operations, and development teams.
• Onboard new Indivisible groups to the program, ensuring their understanding of fundraising and spending strategy, compliance, and processes.
• Facilitate the transfer of funds for local groups.
• Work with legal team to ensure groups understand and comply with the appropriate use of funds.
• Develop trainings, resources, and toolkits on how to effectively use the distributed fundraising program to fundraise and spend.
• Build and project manage special fundraising campaigns such as matching campaigns.
• Communicate effectively to Indivisible group leaders about the program, including:
• • serving as an email helpdesk to respond quickly and professionally to group treasurers in the program and groups interested in learning more about it, and
  • proactively sharing guidance around engagement with national programs and campaigns, including other related financial support programs.
• Collaborate effectively with the organizing team to support their knowledge about the program and its value, and their collaboration with groups in their use of the program.
• Work closely with other support program managers to consult on other financial program implementation, collaboratively build resources and guidance for groups about our full suite of financial support programs, and answer individual group questions about these programs.
• Encourage a sense of community among groups using the distributed fundraising program through proactive outreach and engaging content.
• Other tasks as needed to support future evolutions of the program.
• Cross-team project manage those who are heavily supporting this and other financial support programs
• Provide coaching and, feedback, and professional development
• Help build and sustain an inclusive team culture grounded in collaboration, feedback, and shared accountability.

Team Support - 10%

• Assist as needed with team-wide efforts for movement support

Qualifications:

• 4-5 years of relevant professional experience with at least 3 years of experience in nonprofit fundraising or program management work.
• Good judgment and interpersonal skills in written and verbal communication.
• Excellent customer service skills, with an emphasis on providing personalized and individual support.
• Superior organizational skills, with experience managing systems and processes to ensure good knowledge management.
• Ability to successfully collaborate and coordinate across teams and constituencies.
• Strong writing skills, with the ability to prepare clear, concise, and tonally appropriate communications.
• Alignment on the core values and strategy of the Indivisible Project.
