Software Engineer - Full Stack

Hi. We're Infinitus. We're a team of ex-Googlers, startup veterans, and industry experts on a mission to build AI that improves how Americans get access to critical specialty medications. Our purpose-built AI system automates phone calls to insurance companies, pharmacy benefit managers, and pharmacies to make the business of caring for people less "business," more "people."

Our approach combines multi-model/multimodal AI, human-in-the-loop machine learning, and an extensive knowledge graph to conduct accurate, compliant, autonomous conversations between organizations. Since Infinitus was founded over five years ago, we’ve automated over 5 million calls saving the US healthcare system thousands of hours.

We've raised $102.9M from the best venture capitalists and many industry leaders such as Kleiner Perkins, Coatue Management, a16z and Memorial Hermann. If you're looking to join a dynamic team at the forefront of AI and health tech, and you’re ready to challenge "how it's always been done," we want to meet you.

  • Lead UX/UI design initiatives, from conceptual workflows to high-fidelity product designs, ensuring our solutions are aligned with user needs.
  • Analyze user behavior to optimize UX flows (we’re very focused on user efficiency with our frontend)
  • Collaborate on backend development, enhancing APIs and database schemas in partnership with backend engineers to build sophisticated business logic.
  • Serve as a mentor to junior engineers, guiding their development and fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaborative growth.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has 2+ years of ReactJS, and 5+ years of JavaScript experience.
  • Has familiarity with our backend stack, which includes Golang, Firestore, PostgreSQL, BigQuery, Pub/Sub, and other GCP services, with consideration for candidates who have experience with similar or equivalent technologies.
  • Has a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent training, fellowship, or work experience.

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of Google Cloud platform.
