We are looking for engineers interested in designing elegant solutions to difficult problems in the healthcare automation space. As an infrastructure engineer here, you will tackle a variety of projects ranging from improving our continuous deployment pipeline, building out self service tooling for the broader engineering team, to architecting the overall layout and design of our kubernetes clusters.  At Infinitus, we encourage engineers to take ownership over technical and product decisions, closely interact with users to collect feedback, and contribute to a thoughtful, dynamic team culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect cloud infrastructure supporting real-time conversational AI systems
• Optimize CI/CD pipelines and developer tooling to accelerate development cycles
• Collaborate cross-functionally with ML engineers to deploy and scale models and data workflows
• Implement robust monitoring and alerting fundamentals and drive adoption across service teams.
• Lead initiatives to enhance security posture and operational efficiency

We are looking for someone with:

• 5+ years of backend or infrastructure experience
• Experience with cloud infrastructure providers (GCP preferred)
• Expertise with Kubernetes and Terraform
• Proficiency in Python or Go
• Deep knowledge of systems fundamentals; networking, database architectures, DNS, load balancing, and caching strategies

Preferred Experience:

• Startup or rapid-growth environment exposure
• Healthcare compliance standards (HIPAA/SOC2/HITRUST)
• Developer productivity tooling and observability platforms
