Our Team Description:
Infinity Group is a design-driven architecture and construction firm. We guide those responsible for developing next-generation workspaces across the US, using a methodology that offers clients critical insight and control over their projects at every step, resulting in an elevated process and final product.
Summary
The Client Relations Manager plays a pivotal role in setting up Infinity Group’s projects for success by guiding clients through the critical pre-sale phase. Acting as a trusted advisor and connector, you’ll coordinate with internal teams — including business development, design, estimating, and project management — to deliver clear, compelling proposals and Feasibility Budget Reports that help clients make informed decisions.
You’ll build strong relationships with clients, brokers, and landlords by providing exceptional communication, proactive problem-solving, and a steady presence during early project planning. While the Project Manager becomes the main point of contact once construction begins, you’ll remain a supportive resource for clients, reinforcing Infinity Group’s reputation for responsive, high-touch service and positioning the company for future repeat work.
This role requires a people-first relationship-builder with an eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a working knowledge of commercial interiors projects. Your ability to balance client needs with internal delivery capabilities will help projects start on the right foot — on time, within scope, and with client confidence intact.
