The Role

As a Senior Product Marketing Specialist at InfoTrack, you’ll play a strategic leadership role in shaping how our product stories are crafted, communicated, and adopted. You'll roll up your sleeves to deliver high-impact campaigns that drive engagement and growth. This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, customer insight, content innovation, and commercial acumen, ensuring our market presence reflects the full value and strength of our offering.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Leadership: Develop and lead integrated B2B product marketing strategies, including go-to-market (GTM) plans, positioning, and cross-functional alignment with sales, product, and customer success teams.
  • Content & Campaigns: Oversee content creation and multichannel campaigns that drive engagement, lead generation, and brand consistency.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a strategic advisor to internal teams, fostering collaboration across departments to ensure effective execution and alignment.
  • Market Insight: Conduct market research and data analysis to inform strategy, enhance messaging, and support sales enablement with customer insights and competitive intelligence.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

  • 7–10 years' experience in product marketing, ideally within the technology, SaaS, or digital services sector in Australia.
  • Proven experience managing, mentoring or leading a small team with a people-first mindset.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with an eye for brand tone and storytelling.
  • Demonstrated success in launching and scaling product marketing campaigns across the full marketing funnel.
  • Strong experience using marketing automation, CRM, and content platforms (e.g. Pardot, Salesforce, WordPress, Asana).
  • Commercially minded and confident presenting to senior leadership or external stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing metrics, SEO/SEM strategies, and ROI tracking.
  • Strong understanding of the Australian marketing and business landscape, including relevant compliance and consumer behaviours.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environments; able to shift priorities and juggle competing demands.
