THE ROLE

We’re looking for a bilingual Platform Operator (English and French) who’s highly detail-oriented, reliable, and organized to support our mortgage servicing platform. You’ll be responsible for entering and verifying critical loan data, maintaining accuracy across client accounts, and helping ensure our platform operates smoothly and efficiently.

You’ll also play a key role in keeping our mortgage documentation up to date and gathering new mortgage forms from financial institutions as needed. As this role involves communicating with clients and financial institutions across Canada, proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking both English and French is required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Accurately enter loan servicing data from mortgage instructions for various Canadian financial institutions
• Review and validate documentation for completeness and compliance
• Maintain up-to-date digital records in our platform
• Help ensure all mortgage documentation is current and collect new forms when required
• Work closely with mortgage servicing specialists and legal operations teams
• Identify and correct data inconsistencies or errors
• Contact financial institutions to confirm documents have been received

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Bilingual proficiency in English and French (spoken, written, and read) — this is a requirement
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy with data
• Basic understanding of mortgage and real estate terminology
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or other spreadsheet tools
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate law
• Previous experience in data entry, loan processing, or administrative support is an asset
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Nous recherchons un opérateur ou une opératrice de plateforme bilingue (anglais et français), minutieux(se), fiable et organisé(e), pour assurer le bon fonctionnement de notre plateforme de gestion de prêts hypothécaires. Vous serez responsable de la saisie et de la vérification des données essentielles liées aux prêts, ainsi que du maintien de l’exactitude des comptes clients. Vous contribuerez également aux opérations quotidiennes de notre plateforme afin d’en assurer le bon fonctionnement.

Vous jouerez également un rôle clé dans la mise à jour de notre documentation hypothécaire et dans la collecte, au besoin, de nouveaux formulaires hypothécaires auprès des institutions financières. Puisque ce poste implique des communications avec des clients et des institutions financières partout au Canada, une excellente maîtrise de l’anglais et du français, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, est exigée.

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS

• Saisir avec exactitude les données de gestion de prêts à partir des instructions hypothécaires de diverses institutions financières canadiennes
• Examiner et valider la documentation afin d'en assurer l'exhaustivité et la conformité
• Tenir à jour les dossiers numériques dans notre plateforme
• Veiller à ce que toute la documentation hypothécaire soit à jour et recueillir de nouveaux formulaires lorsque nécessaire
• Collaborer étroitement avec les spécialistes en gestion de prêts hypothécaires et les équipes des opérations juridiques
• Repérer et corriger les incohérences ou erreurs dans les données
• Communiquer avec les institutions financières pour confirmer la réception des documents

CE QUE NOUS RECHERCHONS

• Excellente maîtrise de l’anglais et du français, à l’oral, à l’écrit et en lecture — exigence obligatoire.
• Grand souci du détail et rigueur dans le traitement des données
• Connaissance de base de la terminologie hypothécaire et immobilière
• Maîtrise de Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets ou d'autres outils de feuilles de calcul
• Capacité à travailler de façon autonome et à bien gérer son temps
• Minimum de 3 ans d'expérience en droit immobilier
• Une expérience en saisie de données, en traitement de prêts ou en soutien administratif constitue un atout
• Excellentes compétences en communication et en organisation
