About Infusion

Infusion turns messy bank | credit union data into profitable action for 3,000+ community financial institutions. We’re small enough that everyone’s on the first string, big enough to matter, and growing by 10–15 teammates this year. Your job: draft, launch, and scale new products that help CFIs profitably win. 

What you'll do

• Own product design - from discovery to launch for new 0‑to‑1 initiatives and modernization projects. 
• Create & maintain a design system - evolve our cross‑product design system so components stay consistent, accessible, and easy to build. 
• Research & prototype with real users - iterate based on evidence, not guesswork, with c-suite & VP banking executives. 
• High agency & autonomy work - Collaborate a tight‑knit trio with Product and engineering leads; mentor junior designers as the team grows. 

Qualifications

• Proven 0→1 B2B SaaS wins, with at least 2 leading project‑level efforts in distributed teams. 
• Fluency in Figma, and modern design‑dev handoff workflows. 
• Demonstrated experience creating scalable design systems and running usability research.
• Bonus Points - Fintech or CFI domain know-how, JTBD chops, AI‑assisted design, and front‑end development skills.
