About the role
Description
We are seeking an aspiring Product Manager who is passionate about shaping impactful educational products and thrives in the fast-moving, ever-evolving world of a growing startup. In this role, you’ll grow toward leading nose-to-tail product development across a range of initiatives — from discovery to launch — while flexing between high-level strategy and rapid execution. You’ll partner closely with more senior PMs in the org to work with organizational stakeholders, UX/UI designers, and engineers in order to build solutions that empower teachers, administrators, students, and internal teams.
Success in this role will benefit from a deep knowledge of curriculum implementation and the ability to apply that expertise in an environment where priorities shift quickly, resources are lean, and speed matters. You’ll learn to balance multiple initiatives at once, adapt on the fly, and make smart trade-offs without losing sight of long-term goals. Above all, you bring energy, creativity, and clarity of communication to keep diverse teams aligned and moving forward in the face of change.

The base compensation range for this role is $84,600-94,000. Total compensation for this role also includes a full benefits package. This compensation range and title may be adjusted based on actual experience.
