
About the role
Insight Xcite is seeking a Data Management & Data Governance Professional to support mission-critical data programs within the Intelligence Community. This role focuses on establishing, maintaining, and enhancing enterprise data governance practices, cataloging mission and enterprise data assets, and ensuring compliance with regulatory, security, and policy requirements.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with data cataloging platforms, metadata management, compliance frameworks, and enterprise data governance processes. They thrive in structured, fast-paced environments and enjoy partnering with technical, operational, and policy stakeholders to improve data quality, accessibility, and trustworthiness.
Compensation is determined based on experience, technical expertise, certifications, mission requirements, and overall alignment with customer and contract needs.

The pay range for this role is:
170,000 - 220,000 USD per year (Government Client Site – Chantilly VA)
