To Learn More:

Listen to this podcast with our Founder & CEO Josh Green and Molly Wood, which does a great job of explaining where our business is today and how our mission advances the EV revolution. We’re proud to have been recently named as one of the “Best Places to Work” in the large business category by the Washington Business Journal.

Your Mission:

Your mission is to turn fleet expense, location, and operational data into reliable insights that strengthen how our customers run their fleets and how we support them. You will build and maintain the reporting tools that Customer Success and Fleet Advisory depend on to identify cost-reduction opportunities, improve utilization and safety, and accelerate electrification across diverse customer industries. In partnership with our BI Lead, data engineers, and internal stakeholders, you will make complex data easy to access, interpret, and act on. Your work will establish consistent BI standards, give our teams a dependable view of customer performance, and reduce friction in EV adoption. In doing so, you will directly contribute to decarbonizing transportation and creating long-term environmental impact.

You will report to: Ray Miller, Director, Fleet Advisory

Outcomes You'll Deliver:

  • Lead assigned analytical requests from end-to-end; managing scope, communication, and expectations with internal stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports which provide our customers as well as Inspiration’s customer-facing teams clear visibility into fleet vehicle, driver, charging, and cost performance.
  • Translate potentially ambiguous business questions into structured analyses and clear visuals that surface actionable opportunities for cost savings and operational improvements for the customer.
  • Partner with the BI Lead and internal data engineers to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across core systems & domains.
  • Document dashboard and tool definitions and processes so teams can reliably use, interpret, and build on your work.
  • Identify and prototype new metrics, dashboards, and enhancements that improve how we measure fleet performance and electrification progress of our customers and contribute directly to the evolution of our reporting and analytics suite.
  • Support process improvements and organizational initiatives on the team as well as across the company.

Who You Are:

  • You are comfortable working with analytical tools (Excel, Sigma, Power BI or similar tools) and are interested in developing deeper technical skills over time.
  • You have strong data visualization instincts and have applied experience; you care about design, usability, and clarity when building dashboards or visuals.
  • You are early in your analytics career, with experience from internships, coursework, or up to ~2 years in BI, data analysis, consulting, or a related field.
  • You approach problems logically and can break complex or unclear questions into clear, structured analytical steps.
  • You communicate data clearly using visuals and narratives that make insights intuitive for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • You take ownership, follow through on commitments, and care about driving measurable outcomes for customers and the business.
