About Inspiration Fleet :

Inspiration Fleet, an Inspiration Mobility Group company, is the first and only eFMC®, a fleet management company built from the ground up to simplify and accelerate the transition to modern, evolved fleet operations, where the ubiquity of data and the emergence of new vehicle technologies (electric, autonomous) completely change the art of the possible. With best-in-class fleet transition planning, vehicle procurement and leasing, comprehensive fleet services and charging solutions, and white glove expert support all delivered via the most modern, AI-powered tech stack on an open platform that ingests data across systems and siloes, we are the partner of choice for fleets looking to thrive in the era of Big Data, AI, and connected electric and autonomous vehicles.

Your Mission:

Help keep our rapidly growing electric vehicle (EV) fleet running seamlessly. As the central coordinator across Fleet Operations, you’ll ensure every vehicle moves smoothly through its lifecycle--from order to delivery, to in-service operations, to remarketing, and beyond.

In this role, you’ll maintain clean, reliable data; streamline workflows; and connect the dots across teams so that we can scale our EV fleet efficiently and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Your work will directly support our mission to make fleet electrification simpler, faster, and more reliable.

You will report to: Chase Rogers, Director, Fleet Operations and work closely with Procurement.

Outcomes You'll Deliver:

Coordinating vehicle ordering and delivery: Track vehicles from initial request through production, logistics, and final delivery; ensure VINs, specs, pricing, and delivery dates remain accurate and up to date in our systems; and flag delays or discrepancies early so teams can take action

• Maintaining fleet data and inventory records: Own and reconcile key fleet data across orders, deliveries, registrations, in-service status, and incidents; ensure a reliable single source of truth across spreadsheets and internal tools; and proactively identify and correct data gaps or errors

• Supporting reporting and analytics — Pull, clean, and analyze data to help the team understand lead times, costs, and other operational KPIs; build or enhance dashboards and trackers; and translate data trends into clear takeaways that support decision-making

• Coordinating with internal and external partners — Work cross-functionally with our suppliers and internal teams (Fleet Operations, Fleet Services, Sales, Customer Success, Finance) to gather information, resolve discrepancies, and keep each vehicle progressing through its workflow; ensure stakeholders remain aligned and informed

• Supporting documentation, titling, and compliance workflows — Collect, organize, and track essential documents such as invoices, MSOs, titles, and registration paperwork; maintain structured, accurate, accessible digital files

• Improving processes and systems over time — Document workflows, identify inefficiencies, and suggest improvements; test new tools, templates, or automations that reduce manual work and strengthen data integrity; and support scaling initiatives as fleet volume grows

• Providing general support to Fleet & Procurement — Update trackers, prepare simple customer-facing materials, help triage internal or external inquiries, and jump in wherever needed to keep operations moving quickly and effectively

Who You Are:

2+ years of experience in operations, coordination, logistics, procurement, fleet management, or another detail-heavy, process-driven role
• Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage many moving pieces simultaneously
• Comfortable working with data and systems—fluent in Excel (lookups, formulas, analysis) and confident navigating databases or operational tools
• Analytical thinker who enjoys spotting patterns, identifying data inconsistencies, and solving operational problems
• Clear, proactive communicator who collaborates well with internal and external partners
• Self-starter who takes initiative, asks thoughtful questions, and follows through without needing reminders

• Familiarity with data analytics tools (e.g. Sigma/Tableau) workflow/project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and cloud file systems (e.g., SharePoint)
