Your Mission:

As Manager, Fleet Services, you will turn promising opportunities into services that work for customers, drivers and the teams that support them. You will lead assigned programs from discovery and business case through provider evaluation, launch and performance improvement.

You will report to: Senior Director, Fleet Services


Key Responsibilities:


Service Portfolio Development

  • Support Fleet Services roadmap execution using customer and driver feedback, service performance, market insight and vendor capabilities 
  • Participating in the development of service blueprints, business cases and requirements covering customer and driver experience, provider obligations, enrollment, support, data, billing, reporting, pricing inputs and success measures
  • Lead assigned initiatives and vendor transitions through launch. Set milestones, owners, dependencies and decisions
  • Own the Risk and Tradeoff function for all initiatives
  • Set launch criteria with Fleet Operations

Vendor and Partner Management 

  • Evaluate providers, national account networks and platforms for coverage, service quality, customer experience, data access, commercial terms, scalability and operational fit
  • Recommend providers for selection, onboarding and renewal through structured comparisons, working with Legal, Finance and Fleet Operations as needed
  • Review provider scorecards with Fleet Operations
  • Help define the next stage of managed maintenance, including repair authorization, ASE advisor support, provider network coverage, platform workflows, roadside assistance, and rental coordination

Commercial and Financial Support

  • Partner with Finance on Pricing Strategy
  • Help Sales and Client Success teams develop customer solutions 
  • Prepare concise service reviews that connect adoption, customer experience, provider performance and financial results to recommended actions

Cross Functional Collaboration

  • Translate customer, provider and operational needs into workflow, data exchange, integration and reporting requirements with Product and Technology
  • Coordinate onboarding, support, billing and reporting handoffs
  • Evaluate launch, review results and feedback, and prioritize improvements
  • Bring fleet management expertise to product and services Life cycle and explain the customer, operational and financial tradeoffs


Who You Are:

  • You bring 5+ years of experience in fleet management and leasing, fleet services, supplier programs or a closely related commercial vehicle business 
  • You understand managed maintenance from the driver and repair shop view
  • Experience across other fleet services is a plus
  • You can demonstrate how to evaluate a provider, launched/improved a service, and used customer, operational and financial measures to do so
  • You are comfortable developing a business case, testing assumptions, working through pricing and margin questions with Finance, and making a clear recommendation
  • You organize work across commercial, operational and technical teams, surface risks early, and help fill gaps if any
  • You communicate clearly with customers, partners and senior leaders
  • NAFA or ASE credentials is a plus
  • Experience with fleet technology integrations, medium and heavy-duty vehicles or EV services, will be a plus
  • Experience within a fleet management company is strongly preferred

Salary: $95,000 - $125,000 + Annually Bonus Eligible


Location: This role is remote eligible. However, we have an office in Washington, DC. Our in-office teams come together for collaborative work in the office Tuesday through Thursday and work remotely on Monday and Friday.
