Hard Requirements
Proven experience in demand generation/user acquisition, preferably in crypto or fintech at fast growth startups.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies.
Excellent analytical skills to measure and optimize campaign effectiveness.
Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
Strong leadership skills with experience in team management.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience in B2B marketing for SaaS products.
Knowledge of blockchain technology and the crypto ecosystem.
Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools.

Remote (North America), expecting some travel (as needed).
The pay range for this role is:
150,000 - 200,000 USD per year (Remote - United States)
175,000 - 225,000 CAD per year (Remote - Canada)
