This is our first recruiting leader who will have the important job of building the best team possible. There is no multi-level organization, or structured process for you to lean on. You will be the foundation of our growing team and will partner with our leaders to hire a team we can be proud of.
Conduct screens and constantly iterate on our interview process.
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring prospective team members are informed and prepared.
Track and maintain a real time record of candidate pipelines for each role, reporting on top-of-the-funnel metrics; including outreach performance, response rates, and pass-through rates.

5+ years of recruiting experience - particularly technical roles
Experience in full-cycle recruiting / sourcing & recruiting passive candidates.
Experienced and excited to be working directly with all levels of our Product, Engineering and Design Orgs
Excitement for working in a lean and fast paced startup environment
BONUS: Crypto exposure and/or experience.
