We're looking for the right person...

This is our first recruiting leader who will have the important job of building the best team possible. There is no multi-level organization, or structured process for you to lean on. You will be the foundation of our growing team and will partner with our leaders to hire a team we can be proud of.

  • Work with the our leadership team to define the profiles and scope of responsibilities for specific roles as well as design and implement thoughtful sourcing strategies to fill critical positions
  • Successfully manage talent searches on a predefined timeline, set benchmarks and metrics, identify bottlenecks, as well as understand how to prioritize in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines.
  • Collaborate closely with Integral's leadership team to grow our company with the best talent by owning the end to end talent acquisition process from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Define the profiles and scope of responsibilities for specific roles, as well as design and implement thoughtful sourcing strategies to fill critical positions.
  • Leveraging platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and Stack Overflow to source potential candidates. 
  • Conduct screens and constantly iterate on our interview process.

  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring prospective team members are informed and prepared. 

  • Track and maintain a real time record of candidate pipelines for each role, reporting on top-of-the-funnel metrics; including outreach performance, response rates, and pass-through rates.

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience - particularly technical roles

  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting / sourcing & recruiting passive candidates.

  • Experienced and excited to be working directly with all levels of our Product, Engineering and Design Orgs

  • Excitement for working in a lean and fast paced startup environment

  • BONUS: Crypto exposure and/or experience.

  • Location: Hybrid / Toronto (3 days in office)
  • Compensation Range: 100K - 150K
