With our exciting growth, we are looking to add Associate Tech Leads to help drive delivery and quality across our platform. In this role, you will work closely with a Tech Lead and Engineering Manager to contribute hands-on to building and evolving our service-based architecture and responsive interfaces, while taking ownership of specific features or services from design through deployment. 

You will bring strong full-stack engineering skills across C#, .NET, CI/CD, and backend test automation to deliver robust, performant software, and you will grow into broader technical leadership responsibilities over time. This role is ideal for experienced engineers who already act as go-to technical contributors within their teams and are ready for the next step into structured technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities 

Design & Implementation 

• Work closely with Product to translate raw business requirements and epics into clear, feasible technical solutions within your area of ownership. 

• Design and build high-speed, cloud-based web applications and services using modern .NET/C# and GoLang patterns. 

• Implement well-structured, testable, and maintainable code following team standards and software engineering best practices. 

Quality & Automation 

• Test code and services at the user, API, and integration levels using automated tools and scripts. 

• Contribute to and extend automation frameworks, applying TDD/ATDD where appropriate to improve quality and confidence in releases. 

• Help ensure features are instrumented and observable, with meaningful logging and monitoring in place. 

Collaboration & Delivery 

• Partner with Product, Design, and Customer Support to understand real-world customer usage and edge cases, and incorporate those learnings into test plans and implementation details. 

• Participate in all areas of the SCRUM process (backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily standups, demos, retrospectives) and reliably deliver on sprint commitments. 

• Own assigned projects or components from inception to production, providing clear and timely updates on progress, risks, and trade-offs to the Tech Lead and Product partners. 

Technical Leadership (Scoped) 

• Provide technical guidance to junior engineers in your squad on design, coding, testing, and debugging practices. 

• Lead small design discussions or spikes for well-defined areas under the mentorship of a Tech Lead or Senior Tech Lead. 

• Help drive adoption of engineering best practices around code review, security, performance, and reliability. 

Continuous Improvement 

• Research and recommend technologies, tools, and approaches that can improve productivity, quality, or performance in your area of ownership. 

• Contribute to shared libraries, standards, and documentation that raise the overall engineering bar for the team.

Qualifications 

Basic Qualifications 

Experience 

• 5–9 years of full-stack .NET/C# development experience, ideally including work in concurrent and distributed system design. 

• 3+ years of product development experience within a SaaS environment, working on production systems used by external customers. 

• Proven experience taking features from requirements through design, implementation, testing, and production support. 

Technical Skills 

• Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET, GoLang, CI/CD, and backend test automation frameworks. 

• Experience with content delivery and web tracking in a production context is a plus. 

• Experience testing and/or building applications using AngularJS or modern JavaScript frameworks, RESTful APIs, and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or similar technologies. 

• Experience automating in Visual Studio Code or similar IDE, including coding in TypeScript or JavaScript. 

• Working knowledge of Jira; familiarity with Zephyr or similar test management tools is a plus. 

Quality & Mindset 

• Passion for test automation and a quality-centric engineering approach; familiarity with TDD/ATDD concepts. 

• Ability to analyze epics and stories, raise clarifying questions, and identify the right set of test cases and edge conditions. 

• Strong logic, reasoning, and an unyielding focus on delivering the best possible experience for the customer.
