POSITION OVERVIEW
The BCBA will serve as a key clinical contributor under the executive oversight of the Clinical Director. This role is responsible for delivering evidence-based behavioral assessments, developing and implementing individualized behavior support plans, maintaining regulatory compliance, and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to achieve outstanding participant outcomes.

1. When writing a progress report for a client, what information do you make sure to include, and how do you present it so it's clear and meaningful to families and team members?
2. Describe a time you developed a plan to address a client's challenging behavior. What led to the approach you chose, and how did you measure whether it was making a difference?
3. Tell us about a time you helped a client build a new skill. How did you decide what to focus on, how did you teach it, and what adjustments did you make along the way?
4. What experience do you have supporting adults in a day program or residential setting? How do you balance working on goals while respecting the rhythm and culture of that environment?
5. When working with adult clients, how do you make sure the goals you're working on are a good fit for who they are and what they actually want for their life?
6. Describe a time you coached or trained a staff member or caregiver to carry out a plan consistently. What challenges came up, and how did you handle them?
