We are looking for a Clinical Director who balances a high-level strategic mind with a person-centered heart. In this role, you aren't an island. You will work alongside a robust executive peer group—including Directors of HR, Technology, and Nutrition—allowing you to focus on clinical innovation while we provide the administrative infrastructure to support you.

The Impact You’ll Make

• Executive Authority: Serve as the final clinical authority for all behavior support plans (BSPs) and functional assessments (FBAs) across our Adult Day Programs (ADP) and Adult Residential Facilities (ARF).
• Clinical Stewardship: Lead the Monthly Behavior Audit process (DDS Service Code 532), transforming raw data into meaningful quality-of-life improvements for our participants.
• Mentorship: Supervise and coach a multidisciplinary team of BCBAs, RBTs, and Behavior Support Professionals. We pride ourselves on a supportive, patient approach to professional development.
• Strategic Growth: Partner directly with the CEO to develop a three-year clinical roadmap, ensuring our services remain at the forefront of evidence-based practice and regulatory excellence.

Requirements

To satisfy state regulatory standards (Title 17/22) and ensure the highest quality of care, candidates must meet the following criteria:

Education & Certification

• Master’s Degree (Required): In Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
• BCBA Certification (Required): Active and in good standing with the BACB.
• Qualified Behavior Modification Professional: Must meet California state standards for this designation.

Experience & Skills

• Clinical Leadership: 3–5 years of post-certification experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or director-level role.
• Regulatory Expertise: Deep fluency in California Title 17/22, DDS/Regional Center mandates, and the HCBS Final Rule.
• Population Expertise: Proven track record working with adults with developmental disabilities and complex behavioral/psychiatric needs.
• Tech-Savvy: Mastery of Google Workspace and an interest in using AI-driven productivity tools to streamline clinical documentation and workflows.

Compliance

• Ability to pass a DOJ/FBI Live Scan background check.
• Valid CA Driver’s License and reliable transportation.

A Schedule Built for Focus

We respect your clinical bandwidth and your personal time.

• Monday – Thursday (On-Site): 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM. Lead your team and engage with participants during peak program hours.
• Friday (Remote): 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM. A designated "Deep Work" day from home to focus on high-level reporting, audits, and strategic planning.

Executive Benefits & Total Rewards

• Base Salary: $105,000 (Exempt).
• Total Investment: $149,698 (Inclusive of employer-paid taxes, fringes, and benefits).
• Time to Recharge: 4 weeks of paid vacation annually (accrual starts Day 1).
