Job Summary:

The Sales Enablement Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting our sales team by developing, coordinating, and executing sales enablement programs and initiatives. This role is responsible for ensuring the sales team has the tools, resources, and training needed to effectively engage with prospective IIN students and close deals. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, a strong understanding of sales processes, and a passion for driving sales success.


Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Create, curate, and manage sales enablement content, including presentations, sales scripts, product sheets, and competitive analyses
  • Ensure that all sales materials are up-to-date, easily accessible, and aligned with the company’s branding and messaging in accordance with IIN’s brand guidelines
  • Coordinate and support the onboarding process for new admissions hires, including the development and delivery of training materials and technology access
  • Organize and facilitate ongoing training sessions and workshops to keep the sales team informed about new products, sales techniques, and industry trends
  • Manage and maintain sales enablement tools and platforms, ensuring they are optimized for Admissions team use
  • Provide training and support for sales technology, including CRM systems (Salesforce), sales engagement tools, and analytics platforms
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and success
  • Generate regular reports and dashboards to provide insights and recommendations to the sales leadership team
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and other internal teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives
  • Gather feedback from the sales team to continuously improve enablement programs and resources
  • Plan and coordinate sales meetings, training sessions, and other events that support sales enablement
  • Assist with the logistics and execution of social mixers, conferences, trade shows, and other sales-related events.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • 2-3 years of experience in sales enablement, sales support, or a related role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce) and sales enablement tools (HubSpot)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams

Compensation:

$28.84 per hour or $60,000 (annualized)
