Job Summary:
As an Admissions Representative, you'll oversee the intake, processing, and follow-up of sales and admissions leads. Your enthusiasm lies in guiding sales leads to the perfect product fit and reconnecting with qualified leads from prior interactions. You’re passionate about closing sales and overcoming objections by providing alternative products that will drive quick purchase decisions in support of our prospective students.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Connect with IIN and Chopra’s prospective students to understand interest in one of our many certification programs
- Manage the intake of sales leads and track their progress through the sales pipeline using SalesForce, ensuring all information is accurately recorded
- Answer program specific questions as they relate to IIN and Chopra courses
- Maintain strong closing sales tactics by utilizing KPI’s, performance metrics, and sales strategies to drive quick purchase decisions
- Process leads efficiently, prioritizing warm to hot leads for further engagement
- Follow up with leads promptly via calls, focusing on building rapport and understanding their needs
- Conduct thorough assessments of sales leads' readiness to purchase and escalating to a Senior Admissions Representative when necessary
- Follow up on previous leads, evaluating their viability for conversion and potential hand-off to a Senior Admissions Representative
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing objections and concerns to save sales and drive quick purchase decisions
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue targets and contribute to the overall success of the organization
- Work in a team environment with a fun and like-minded group of IIN and Chopra graduates, all passionate about helping others realize their passion for wellness.
Supervisory Responsibilities: None
Required Skills/Abilities:
- 1-2 years experience as a sales coordinator, manager, or call center lead
- Proven success with an hourly productivity goal
- Creative, disciplined, motivated, self-starter, and goal-oriented
- Needs to be flexible to the needs of the business. Admissions Representatives are likely to have schedules that include one weekend day a month, some holidays, and longer work hours on key enrollment days.
- Health coaching, meditation, ayurveda, and/or yoga experience a plus (specifically a graduate or current student of IIN’s Health Coach Training Program (HCTP) or Chopra teacher training program)
- Fluency in Spanish a plus

Compensation:
Total Target Compensation = $70,000, comprised of $60,000 base compensation (assuming 40 hours/week) + $10,000 in quarterly and annual bonuses (at target)
