Mid-Level position focused on execution across campaigns and operations, with the ability to support various growth and pipeline initiatives.
About the role
We’re looking for a mid-level marketing professional to own and execute campaigns and marketing operations, while contributing to growth and pipeline performance. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this role sits at the intersection of campaign execution, systems, and performance, helping bring marketing initiatives to life while improving how we scale and operate.
You’ll play a key role in driving awareness, supporting pipeline development, and building the infrastructure that enables consistent, high-quality execution across the marketing function.
What you'll do
Campaign Execution & Performance
- Own and execute campaigns across email, webinars, landing pages, and social
- Support integrated campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline
- Manage timelines and ensure campaigns launch on time and perform effectively
Marketing Operations & Systems
- Own HubSpot workflows, automation, and lifecycle management
- Maintain CRM integrity and optimize lead flow and handoffs
- Build and manage tracking, attribution, and reporting to measure performance
Content & Channel Execution
- Publish and manage blogs, landing pages, and marketing assets
- Support social execution and content distribution
- Collaborate on content development to support campaigns and pipeline
Events & Webinars
- Own webinar execution end-to-end (setup, promotion, follow-up)
- Support event and conference execution as part of broader campaigns
What you'll bring
Qualifications & Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, growth, or marketing operations
- Strong experience with HubSpot (or similar CRM/automation platform)
- Proven ability to manage and execute campaigns independently
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning multiple initiatives
- Data-informed mindset with a focus on outcomes, not just activity
- Proactive, adaptable, resourceful, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment
Tools & Systems
- HubSpot (CRM, workflows, reporting)
- CMS (WordPress / Webflow)
- Webinar platforms (Zoom, Teams)
- LinkedIn / Google Ads (working knowledge)
- Chat GPT / Claude / Gemini
