Operations Data Coordinator
Position Summary
Integrity PSC is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Operations Data Coordinator to support project operations, reporting, and administrative functions across utility and infrastructure programs. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate operational data, supporting reporting processes, coordinating information flow between teams, and ensuring consistency across tracking systems and documentation.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment. This position plays a critical role in supporting project visibility, data integrity, scheduling, planning, and process improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain data across company systems, databases, spreadsheets, and tracking tools.
- Verify data accuracy, completeness, and consistency to support reliable reporting and operational visibility.
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect, organize, and track project, operational, and administrative information.
- Maintain spreadsheets, dashboards, SharePoint sites, and reporting tools to support day-to-day business operations.
- Monitor status updates and identify missing, incomplete, or incorrect information; follow up with stakeholders as needed to ensure timely resolution.
- Generate routine and ad hoc reports to support scheduling, planning, budgeting, resource tracking, and performance management.
- Assist with document management, record retention, and process standardization efforts.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and improve data quality and reporting efficiency.
- Provide administrative and operational support to project teams and leadership.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of company and project-related information.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in data coordination, project support, operations support, administrative support, or related roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including:
- Excel
- Word
- Outlook
- SharePoint
- Experience working with databases, tracking systems, dashboards, or reporting tools.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while coordinating across multiple departments and stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting utility, construction, engineering, or infrastructure projects.
- Familiarity with project controls, scheduling, budgeting, or operational reporting processes.
- Experience with Power BI, Smartsheet, SAP, Oracle, or similar business systems.
- Knowledge of document control and records management practices.
Work Environment
- Combination of office and remote work environments depending on project needs.
- May require coordination with field personnel and operational teams.
- Standard business hours with occasional overtime based on project demands.
